How much does Keeyu cost?

Keeyu's pricing scales with your order volume. Plans start at $750/month at 3,000 orders and increase based on your tier. All plans include the core platform, integrations, and unlimited users.

Can I change plans as my business grows?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade between tiers at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle, and we'll prorate any differences.

Are there any setup fees or hidden costs?

No setup fees, no hidden costs. The monthly price includes everything: platform access, integrations, unlimited users, and support.

Do you offer annual billing discounts?

Yes. Annual plans receive a 15% discount compared to monthly billing. Contact our sales team to discuss annual contracts.

What happens if my order volume fluctuates month-to-month?

We review your order volume quarterly and adjust your tier accordingly. If you have seasonal spikes, we can work with you on flexible billing arrangements.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) and ACH/bank transfers for annual contracts. Enterprise customers can request invoice billing.

Are there any lock-in contracts?

No. All tiers are month-to-month with no lock-in contracts. Just give us 30 days' notice if you decide Keeyu isn't the right fit.

Do you charge per seat?

No. Keeyu is built to reduce manual effort, not add more logins. Access is unlimited users across all tiers.

What's included in the platform fee?

Every plan includes full access to Keeyu's orchestration layer, real-time monitoring, integrations, and dashboards. Higher tiers unlock advanced features like analytics, AI workflows, and omnichannel fulfillment.

What's the difference between Ask Keeyu and AI Workflows?

Ask Keeyu is a conversational AI assistant that answers questions about your operations in plain English. AI Workflows automate repetitive tasks—like flagging stuck orders or routing issues to teams—without manual intervention.

How long does implementation take?

Most teams are live within five working days. We handle the integrations, data mapping, and initial configuration. You'll have a dedicated onboarding specialist to guide you through setup.

Can I try Keeyu before committing?

We offer a paid proof of concept with a full refund after 30 days if you choose not to move forward. All subscriptions are month-to-month with no lock-in contracts.

How much time does implementation require from my team?

About 2-3 hours of effort from your side. You provide your service level agreements and API credentials in one session, then we handle the rest. We'll schedule a second session for onboarding and training.

Can Keeyu handle international orders and multi-currency?

What kind of support do you provide?

All tiers include dedicated support with guaranteed SLAs. Base and Insights tiers get email and chat support (response within 4 hours). Automate and Omnichannel tiers include priority support with phone access and a dedicated success manager.

Is my data secure?

Yes. Keeyu is SOC 2 Type II certified and GDPR compliant. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). We never share your data with third parties.

Does Keeyu replace my helpdesk?
