Can I cancel my account at any time?

Yes. If you ever decide that Keeyu isn't right for your  business, all you need to do is uninstall the app from your store.

What happens when I reach the next plan tier of order volume?

Keeyu will automatically adjust your plan as you reach each tier. At the end of the 30-day billing cycle, we’ll notify you of the plan tier you were on for that cycle, and it will be billed automatically.

Why do I have to select a plan when I first install?

When you install, you'll need to pick a plan to start your free trial. Don't worry—you won't be charged until the 14-day trial ends.
